Detailed regulation of H7 and H8 plots

The purpose of the detailed zoning plan is to facilitate residential development within two plots of the current area zoning plan for Høn–Landås. A total of 344 apartments are planned across the two residential zones.

The development aims to create varied residential neighborhoods with urban qualities, high density, and immediate proximity to the center of Asker. The plan ensures good living qualities, including the provision of shared facilities both indoors and outdoors, functional meeting places, attractive outdoor recreational areas, and a mix of apartment sizes that supports a diverse population composition.

Appropriate pedestrian connections will be established to adjacent areas. Sustainable green mobility forms the basis of the plan, emphasizing walking, cycling, public transport, and a reduced need for car use. The natural values within the green structure regulated in the area zoning plan will be preserved and strengthened, while stormwater management and flood protection measures will also be improved.
