• Has relevant higher education at bachelor’s or master’s level, but experience may compensate for this
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience

• Has good oral and written communication skills
• Structured and focused on good processes, and on sharing knowledge across the team
• Has a generally good understanding of systems, while being curious about how we can continuously improve our processes
• Enthusiastic and passionate about architecture

Especially for Architect with particular concept and design skills in the early phase:

• Has strong design skills and enjoys working on concept development in the early phase
• Has good experience with software such as Sketchup/Rhino, Enscape, and the Adobe suite
• Experienced in residential planning and requirements in this regard
• Preferably experienced with other digital tools such as Spacemaker, but not a requirement

Especially for Architect with particular knowledge of the execution phase:

• Used to working with contractors and has good knowledge of the construction process, detailing, and project management
• Has good experience with software such as Revit, preferably also Rofus and BIM 360
• Has a good interdisciplinary understanding and interest
