New bathing pier at Huk beach, the slats are made of wood. The bathing pier stands on pillars and almost “floats” on the rocky shore. This way, the rocky shore is minimally affected. The pier consists of a lightweight roof and a screen wall facing both southeast and northwest. On the northwest wall, there is the possibility to leave clothes, as well as enjoy the sun and the view. The inner and outer parts of the pier are connected by a narrower bridge. The bridge offers access to the water via a bathing ladder or simply serves as a walkway leading spectators to deeper water.
