Fossum area regulation

The Fossum area plan illustrates a transformation from an existing industrial area into a well-designed and environmentally friendly residential area with a central location and rural qualities. The plan includes approximately 200,000 square meters of gross floor area (BRA) for housing and associated social infrastructure such as schools, daycare centers, local centers, residential and treatment centers, as well as an expansion of existing sports facilities. The proposed plan is adapted to the landscape and the natural and cultural historical values ​​in the area, and it provides for publicly accessible green areas, hiking trails, and pedestrian and bicycle paths.
