The detailed zoning plan for Moerveien 11–13 has been adopted by the Ås Municipal Council.
OBOS Nye Hjem and Løvenskiold Eiendom are behind the project, which will enable the development of around 160 apartments in a cohesive block-style development.

The project includes commercial space on the ground floor, preservation and reuse of the existing Swiss-style house Villa Glimt, and the creation of publicly accessible areas such as a neighborhood park and a community playground. The project has high environmental ambitions. In addition to ensuring good living quality, it provides for attractive green areas, effective stormwater management, and various social meeting places.
