Hille Melbye’s proposal in a parallel assignment in Røa features modern architecture that creates a large number of apartments with excellent light and views, despite a challenging situation where the plot faces northeast.
Each courtyard opens up towards the southwest and twists relative to the previous courtyard. This is done to capture sunlight and create greater variation. It also provides a more enriching experience for those walking through the area.
