Berskau is set to become a vital district in the Drammen region, featuring a vibrant local center, attractive residential areas, and various high-quality sports and activity arenas. A new athletics stadium will provide better facilities than those at Marienlyst, creating an impressive sports area with a diverse range of offerings. At the same time, there will be provisions for informal sports activities in connection with residential areas, integrating informal and formal sports activities.
We are developing urban planning strategies and illustrations, with the actual regulation being carried out by Rambøll.
