The start of long-awaited development in Groruddalen?
In early 2024, we submitted a planning initiative for the first development phase at Nedre Rommen, on behalf of Rommen AS (Wittusen & Jensen).
With diverse housing typologies that adapt to the site’s sloping terrain, our aim is to create a diverse and vibrant neighborhood that can be a positive addition to the established housing offerings in the area. The buildings and outdoor spaces will leverage the site’s many qualities, including proximity to significant natural assets, fantastic sun exposure, and expansive views over the city.
