Hille Melbye Architects AS has been responsible for the detailed design of the Grefsen multi-sports hall with a cultural hall, built to passive house standards, and associated outdoor facilities adjacent to Grefsen School. The building serves as a gymnasium during school hours and as a sports hall in the evenings and weekends, as well as a assembly hall for Grefsen School and local cultural activities. The building is located in the northeastern part of the current park/sports area, with access from Kapellveien. The preliminary project was prepared by HRTB Architects.
