In 2006, the project received a “Special Award” from the Brick Development Association in the United Kingdom.

The building consists of 6 office floors, a cafeteria on the 7th floor, and a basement with technical rooms, storage, and parking. Access to the parking basement is through the adjacent building. It is owned by Hausmannskvartalet Eiendom, a company within the Olav Thon Group. Tenants include the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) and the Norwegian Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDI). The materials used include black brick, untreated concrete, and glass. In the atrium, there are also acoustic wall panels with oak slats and oak slat ceilings.
