Lambertseter Church in Oslo has a somewhat anonymous location, but the brick walls leading visitors towards the tower and entrance guide them to a rarely beautiful and balanced church interior.
The entire church complex is constructed as a shell wall structure in reinforced concrete, with the facades clad in red bricks. The church has flat roofs and a freestanding bell tower. The roof structure features a horizontal scissor pattern in raw reinforced concrete, contributing to the character of the space. The floor is finished with polished red terrazzo.
The altar piece, made of brass, iron, stainless steel, and glass, was crafted by Finn Christensen.
