A feasibility study for a comprehensive expansion of Østfold Hospital with related facilities on the plot adjacent to the hospital. The facilities are arranged along a transverse axis with two high-rise buildings and squares at each end. The building volumes have an urban facade facing the main axis, while they are more open and flowing towards the surroundings on the outside.
