The project consists of two buildings, one facing Bidenkaps gate and one located in the backyard. In total, there are 37 apartments. There are six residential floors and two parking floors, as well as a small commercial area facing Bidenkaps gate. A communal courtyard has been developed on the deck above the first floor, with green space and a playground.
The project features a modern expression, with the building facing Bidenkaps gate having a horizontal division for each floor and an offset in each plane. It is clad in burnt-lacquered aluminum profiles with oak window frames. The building in the backyard has facades in plaster with elements of wood.
