Located in the centre of Vestby, Wessel Park is a mixed-use residential development comprising approximately 100 apartments and commercial spaces at street level. Designed as part of the municipality’s long-term vision for a more vibrant town centre, the project introduces new homes, active ground-floor uses and inviting public spaces.
The development helps define streets and urban spaces while creating a clear transition between the public realm and private residential areas. Within walking distance of the train station, Rådhusparken and local amenities, Wessel Park strengthens everyday connections and contributes to a more active and cohesive town centre.
The architecture combines brick and timber in a varied composition of volumes that responds to the surrounding context while establishing a distinct identity. Generous balconies, abundant daylight and carefully designed outdoor spaces enhance the quality of the homes and support an attractive streetscape.
