We are looking for an analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive financial professional with a comprehensive perspective and the ability to critically assess their own work. This is an independent role within a well-established company with extensive expertise in architecture, planning, and project management.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will have overall responsibility for financial management, accounting, reporting, and financial strategy within the company.
Responsibilities
You will be a key advisor to management and the board, ensuring financial control, efficient operations, and handling finance-related personnel tasks. The role also includes system responsibility for Tripletex (accounting and finance) and Moment (project management).
As CFO, you will oversee accounting, budgeting, project finances, and reporting. You will manage payroll, personnel finance, pensions, and sick leave, ensuring accurate tax and duty reporting. The position also includes customer and supplier follow-up, operations, and administration, including system responsibility for Tripletex and Moment.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a higher education in finance, preferably with a specialization in financial management, auditing, or accounting, and 3–5 years of experience. Legal expertise is an advantage. You should be structured, analytical, and have a strong understanding of project finances. Experience with Tripletex and Moment is beneficial.
