The shopping center is located along RV61, the main road between Kongsvinger and Karlstad, approximately one kilometer from the center of Charlottenberg. The center features facades clad with larch wood slats and corrugated metal panels with large continuous openings in glass. Entrances are emphasized by large red disks, called “cockpits,” that cut into the volume.
The interior consists of an elliptical corridor that efficiently guides visitors through the entire center, providing a clear layout and, if desired, avoiding revisiting the same point twice.
