The building is listed on the City Heritage Agency’s Yellow list with the conservation status “worthy of preservation”. Parts of the building still function as a substation, but as the operation of this requires less space than before, the two upper floors have been freed up for other activities. These two levels have been rehabilitated into a showroom for the clothing agency Blender. The interior design has a raw expression, with a focus on preserving as much of the building’s original character as possible. The lower floor houses offices and meeting rooms for the staff, while the upper floor serves as a showroom for clothes. A solid staircase in untreated steel connects the two levels.
