Fossum area regulation

The Fossum area plan outlines a transformation from existing industrial areas into a well-planned and environmentally friendly residential area with a central location and rural qualities. It proposes approximately 200,000 square meters of gross floor area for residential purposes, along with accompanying social infrastructure such as schools, kindergartens, a local center, a residential and treatment center, as well as an expansion of existing sports facilities. The proposed plan is adapted to the landscape and the natural and cultural heritage values ​​of the area, and it facilitates publicly accessible recreational areas, hiking trails, and pedestrian and bicycle paths.
