We are very proud to share our winning proposal for a culture house, office building, and public square in a new and sustainable development in the upcoming Borgarhöfði area in Reykjavik.

Building on Reykjaviks strong identity shaped by a unique blend of natural and cultural features, we propose an all-year meeting place – the Heartspace – which connects culture, workspace, food and leisure into an exciting experience for both visitors and the neighborhood.

Our project is one of two winning proposals in the competition. We can’t wait for the next step in this ambitious development with Klasi and our collaborators SEN & SON and Natural State.
